FOOD SERVICE |
- All food is provided by Club Jalapeño.
- Menu selection must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date.
- Meal guarantee: The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event date. We will consider this number the guarantee, which is not subject to reduction.
- Club Jalapeño will be able to provide service up to 5% of the guarantee.
- FOOD SERVICE TIME IS FIRM TO ENSURE FOOD QUALITY.

BAR AND BEVERAGE SERVICE |
- All liquor, wine, beer and any non-alcoholic beverages must be provided by Club Jalapeño.
- A service charge of 20% will be added to all food and hosted beverage charges.

RENTAL FEES
TOOTS LAGOON |
- No charge for the standard party of 2 hours. We welcome you to stay longer, however for use of the restaurant for an entire evening a room rental fee can be negotiated, based on size of party, amount spent, and time desired.

CLUB JALAPEÑO |
- No charge for the standard party of 2 hours, or treat your guests for an evening to "Their own Restaurant". A facility charge would be negotiated, also based on size of party, amount spent, and time desired.

BILLING AND DEPOSITS |
- All charges, including the 20% service charge and Rental Fees if any are subject to state & local sales tax.
- A non refundable $150.00 deposit is required to secure the time and date of your event.
- Club Jalapeño requires 50% deposit of all estimated costs 2 weeks prior to the function. The remaninig balance is due at the close of the function.
