RESERVING AN EVENT DATE AND INTIAL DEPOSIT |
- Club Jalapeno’s policy requires a $200.00 non refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your event.
- Any booking without credit card information is considered tentative.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE |
- Menu selection must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date.
- Meal guarantee: The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event date.
- We will consider this number the guarantee, which is not subject to reduction.
- Club Jalapeno will be able to provide additional service up to 10% of the guarantee.
- Food service time is firm to ensure food quality.

FULL SERVICE |
- Our minimum for a full service event is $1000.00
|
|
DROP OFFS AND DELIVERY |
- Our minimum order for a drop off is $500.00
- Delivery is available for charges starting at $75.00

STAFFING AND RATES |
- Our staff has a 4 hour minimum shift including travel time.
- Servers $25.00 per hour
- Bartenders $25.00 per hour
- Chefs $25.00 per hour
- Party Coordinator $38.00 per hour

GRATUITIES |
Club Jalapeno does not include any gratuities, they are left to your discretion. If you are happy with all or anyone’s service in particular, you may choose to give a percentage of the total, or an amount for each staff member which may be added to your final payment. They will be distributed per your instructions, or you may choose to personally give staff members a gratuity the day of the event.

EVENT SUPPORT FEE AND SALES TAX |
A service support fee of 17% is added to the total bill for full service catered event. This fee includes but is not limited to trash removal and clean-up, dishwashing, miscellaneous décor, props and all vehicle expenses, general liability insurance and workers compensation. The Event Support Fee in not a gratuity and is not paid to the service staff working your event. Appropriate Sales tax will be added to all invoices.

RENTALS |
- Upon request China and Silverware are available for an additional $3.00 per person (which includes a dinner plate, silverware and a cloth napkin).
- Club Jalapeno also offers many other rental items to fulfill your catering.

PAYMENT POLICY |
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks or cash.
- Payment of 50% of the contract amount is due two weeks before the event.
- Final payment of the contract amount is due at the end of your event.
